TV / Monitor 15" 4:3 - Multi-Standard Tuner !!

£39.95

I don’t usually rave about 15” LCD monitors, as they’re pretty much useless for viewing old tv signals. However, this one is very different. The set has both VGA inputs (PC, etc) and also an ariel input with a built in tuner! Better still, the tuner is multi-standard, so can accept signals from PAL formats, as well as NTSC (multiple), and Secam.

.

So what does this mean? Well, if you have a NTSC Betamax tape you need to view, you’d normally have to find an old TV suitable for NTSC signals, or feed your NTSC signal through a standards converter (or PC) to see what’s on the tape. With this little space saving monitor, you can use the ariel output from your old VCR to connect to this TV.

.

The buttons on the side of the TV allow full access to tuning and changing the settings. The TV has a 12v power supply (supplied) so it can be used virtually anywhere - even in the car or a different country where you have access to a 12v source.

.

The TV comes complete with stand, and is an essential part of any setup where you need to test analogue tuner signals, but don’t want to have multiple CRTs taking up space.
