This is a Japanese release, in NTSC format. There are both Japanese and English soundtracks on many discs, but there is always an English option unless stated. We are unsure of the language selection on this disc. We assume an English soundtrack, but it is not confirmed.

3 discs, released in 1994 ( 353 minutes). PILW-1171

Narration in Japanese; interviews in various languages (English, Portuguese, French, Italian...) subtitled in Japanese.

Full colour 8 pages booklet. Comes with a Senna t-shirt and a pin (Senna's helmet) housed in a separate LD-size box.

Released in late 1994 only months after Ayrton Senna lost his life at the Imola circuit in Italy on the 1st of May 1994. Released on VHS video and laserdisc on the same date in Japan only. All the contributions, footage, music, editing & technical services were given freely by all with the profits from the sale of this title going to "Ayrton Senna Promotions Limited" (ASPL) - the name was changed soon after to "The Ayrton Senna Foundation" (ASF). The interviews that were filmed for this title have not been used since, they were for use in this title release only & will never be issued again as presented here. The footage used has been well chosen & includes film from his days in karting, the single seater formulas & Formula One. Side six includes Ayrton Senna in Japan doing promotional work for Honda & shows the (now famous) footage from on board their NSX car.

Please note: It is impossible to play through every disc to ensure each one is perfect, therefore the grading is based on a visual inspection only.

Each item is sold as a vintage collectors item, with unknown playback conditions.
